Affiliation in New CDDO Areas

Within the first six months of 2004, CLO has affiliated with two new CDDOs to provide services.   We are now affiliated with COF in Ottawa, Kansas to provide residential services to one individual, and targeted case management in the counties of Franklin, Osage, and Coffey.   CLO also affiliated with Tri-Valley Developmental Services to provide residential and day services in two family-teaching homes, and to provide targeted case management.   The Tri-Valley CDDO area includes the southeast counties of Neosho, Allen, Woodson, and Bourbon.  

CLO continues to be affiliated with TARC (Shawnee county), Cottonwood (Douglas and Jefferson counties), Johnson County Developmental Supports (Johnson county), Riverside Resources (Leavenworth county), and CLASS (Montgomery, Labette, Cherokee, and Crawford counties.)
