CLO's Harris Green and His Day Services Team Receive Prestigious Award

We are proud to announce that CLO's Harris Green and his Day Services Team have been presented with The "Service Excellence Award" by the Johnson County Community Coordination Team. The Day Services Team has been recognized for its dedication, imaginative approach to providing a wide variety of services and professionalism. The team was nominated by one of the parents of a person served by Community Living Opportunities, which makes the honor even more meaningful. Everyone on the team is deserving of the award but there is little doubt that big portion of this success belongs to the Day Center Director- Harris Green.
Harris is a true CLO institution: he has been with the agency for more than 15 years, investing his diverse skills and talents in a variety of teaching and managerial positions. His contributions as a Day Center Director are priceless and have made significant and meaningful differences in the lives of the men, women and children served by CLO. Harris is the driving force behind most of the programs and events run by Day Services in Overland Park, including the CLO Olympics and the OP Recycling Center. He is also an extremely talented and active musician and performer and as such has donated countless times his talents and craft to the people served by CLO and to his colleagues.
CONGRATULATIONS TO HARRIS AND EVERY MEMBER OF THE DAY SERVICES TEAM IN OVERLAND PARK!
