THE BARN DOORS ARE OPEN!

Words cannot express the joy and excitement we feel as we walk through the doors of Midnight Farm each day. Once nothing more than a dream, Midnight Farm and the Equestrian Program are now up and running full force. It is amazing to realize that dream has now become a reality.

It's hard to believe that we have actually completed our first two sessions of riding lessons at Midnight Farm. There were times when we weren't sure if it would ever happen, but it has and we're thrilled with the program so far!

In the winter session we are serving 30 riders. We have added new classes to make room for even more over the next few months. Our riders range in age from 5 to 56 with both males and females equally represented in our various classes. This reinforces our feelings that horseback riding is for everyone!

We now have over 100 trained volunteers who make it possible for everyone involved to enjoy the benefits of the Equestrian Program. We're very fortunate to have such a positive, dedicated group of individuals working with our riders each day. Without them, it would not be possible to offer therapeutic riding to the vast majority of our riders. We have a sign in the volunteer area that says, "Volunteers don't get paid because they're worthless, they don't get paid because they're PRICELESS!!" How true that is.

Please make sure to recognize and appreciate the volunteers that make the fabulous programs at Midnight Farm possible! We're so grateful to have each and every one of you as part of the Midnight Farm family!
